Having started climbing at a young age with my father, I’ve been climbing for over 30 years now. After initially climbing easier routes, I quickly progressed to more challenging ones. I’ve been climbing at the 8C/V15 bouldering level for over 10 years, won national titles, developed climbing areas, tackled challenging multipitch routes like the North Face of the Eiger (Paciencia, ground-up style), and difficult trad routes like La Darbellay. I was a member of the Swiss national climbing team for 7 years, competed in international competitions, and participated in over 30 World Cups, with my best result being 2nd place at the European Cup in Klagenfurt.Throughout my career, I’ve learned that climbing isn’t just about strength; it’s also about vision, mental resilience, and balance. By pushing my limits, I’ve come to understand the importance of a long-term approach that keeps climbing enjoyable and sustainable.Now 34 years old, I work as a coach for the DAV German National Bouldering Team and I combine my experience with techniques from mental coaching, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), self-hypnosis, and depolarization — a method designed to dissolve emotional charge and restore mental clarity. My primary focus is your well-being. I believe true performance comes from a healthy and honest relationship with climbing — one that nurtures joy, not burnout. My mission is to help you become the climber you want to be, while maintaining that motivation and love for climbing in the long run.


Targeted Mental Sessions
These sessions focus on one specific mental challenge you’re facing in climbing—like fear of falling, losing motivation, getting stuck on a move, competition nerves, or burnout. It’s usually a short-term commitment (2–4 sessions) where we create a clear plan together and work on feeling real progress, all tailored to what you need right now.
Holistic Mental Approach
This is my favorite way of working and often the most effective. It’s a long-term coaching process with regular follow-ups (1–2 sessions per month for 6–12+ months) to support your motivation, build mental strength, and track progress. Together, we’ll gently explore what drives your climbing, what matters most to you, and help you set meaningful goals and create a plan that fits your unique values—at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

This high-commitment, long-term coaching program is for climbers ready to fully invest in their development. It includes a personalized training plan, weekly check-ins to track progress, and mental coaching. This is not a quick-fix solution but a comprehensive approach to building a strong and sustainable foundation for your climbing journey.As your accountability partner, strategist, and motivator, I’ll help you stay on track, refine your strategy, and maintain a strong mental game throughout your training. The program is remote, requiring access to training equipment and the ability to film your sessions regularly. You’ll have 7/7 access to me for any questions, support, or adjustments.
